Dr. Surabhi Pandey (Chairperson & Managing Trustee)

Dr Surabhi Pandey is a public health researcher with expertise in infectious disease modelling, health policy, and evidence based decision – making. Through her academic and professional work, she has contributed to advancing research that informs public health proactive and policy. As chairperson and managing trustee of the BL Pandey Foundation, she is committed to fostering collaborations across research, education, and community engagement. Ensuring that scientific knowledge is translated into meaningful social impact. Her vision is to create opportunities where research, innovation, and compassion work together to improve lives and strengthen communities. 

Mrs. Sushila Pandey (Co-Founder & Trustee)

Mrs Sushila Pandey is a lifelong advocate of education, resilience, and community values. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science, she has dedicated her life to nurturing learning, integrity, and social responsibility within her family and community. As Co-founder and Trustee of the BL Pandey Foundation, she embodies the values of empathy, perseverance, and service that guide the organisation’s work. Her commitment to inspire the Foundation’s efforts to create positive and lasting social changes.
